He and Erin both worked on the Daily Northwestern together and were very competitive against each other, didn't get along at all. But everyone else interpreted it as them wanting to date each other but being too stubborn to say it. One solitary kiss was all they had before realizing that it was way too weird and became very close friends shortly afterward. She's now traveling with some Buddhist monks and he misses her more every day.
Andy [npc] = the roommate/co-worker. They created the show together and have an interesting friendship.
kevinma = church friend!
rloy = church friend and now neighbor. While they have pretty different personalities, Bobby really likes trying to get Ruari to do everything he has decided he's going to do whether it's running or going to the library.
